Delivery ModelsIBA Group uses onshore, near-shore and offshore delivery models to provide premium quality solutions to its customers. Offshore Model The work is done in IBA offshore/near-shore locations and supervised remotely by the customer. The customer achieves maximum cost savings because the work is done in our development centers in Belarus or Czech Republic. Reliable communications, well-developed infrastructure, state-of-the-art quality management, and ultimate information security allow us to avoid misunderstanding in customer relationships and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
On-Site/Offshore Model The IBA liaison person is on-site, while the IBA team works offshore/near-shore. One or two IBA analysts may also work on-site, if needed. The on-site staff deals with project management and client relationship management. As most of the work is done offshore, the customer achieves significant cost savings. 
On-Site Model The IBA team works on-site in close cooperation with the customer. Although offshore programmers’ rates are lower than the rates of local developers, cost savings are not significant compared with the first two models. We use this model in rare cases, when a project requires constant face-to-face customer communication. 
Customer Project Manager Offshore Model The IBA team and the customer Project Manager work offshore/near-shore. The model is focused on communication management, mostly for large projects. A customer representative working at the offshore service provider's site can exercise direct control over project implementation, which results in a flexible use of offshore human resources.
