IBA is proud to be a long–term business partner of SUN Microsystems, one of the world's largest providers of servers based on UNIX–type operating systems.

IBA was appointed as Sun's Workgroup and System Reseller in 2000. In 2002, Sun Microsystems and IBA signed an agreement on rendering services in hardware, software, and information systems support in accordance with the SunSpectrum support program.

IBA is authorized to act in line with the following Client Service Plans:
